Vivek Narayan Sharma is hiring a Litigation Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join his full-time practice based in South Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft petitions, replies, and written submissions.
• Prepare argument briefs and research notes.
• Assist in hearings at the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Saket & Patiala House Courts, Consumer Commissions, TDSAT, NCLAT, and the Appellate Authority of PMLA.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong drafting, research, and court-assistance skills.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and committed to working in a high-intensity litigation environment.

Salary/Stipend

₹3.6–4.2 LPA
