VH Legal is hiring a Litigation Attorney with relevant experience to join their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and handle litigation cases across various courts and tribunals.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on relevant laws and precedents.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients effectively in court proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and identify potential risks.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies in clients’ best interests.
• Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Strong skills in legal research, drafting pleadings, and documentation.
• Experience managing litigation across courts and tribunals.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to formulate litigation strategies and provide legal counsel.
• Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
• Proficiency in Kannada preferred.

Salary/Stipend
