Lodha Group is hiring a Litigation Consultant to join their office in Mumbai. The role requires expertise in real estate laws, strong drafting and research skills, and the ability to represent the company before courts and tribunals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft writ petitions, suits, appeals, complaints, notices, and replies.
• Appear and argue cases before various courts, tribunals, judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
• Handle litigation matters independently on behalf of the company.

Eligibility

• Well-versed in laws relating to the real estate sector.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Relevant experience in handling matters before Sessions Court and the High Court.
• Knowledge of processes and departmental work.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong multitasking ability and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Marathi language.

Salary/Stipend
