Details of the Job/Internship
Juristi Legal LLP is hiring a Core Litigation Advocate with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join their office in Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, West Delhi. The role involves managing litigation processes, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and representing clients across courts and tribunals.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft writs, plaints, suits, complaints, written statements, evidence, rejoinders, arbitration claims, and defenses.
- Represent clients before district courts, high courts, the Supreme Court, tribunals, arbitration, mediation, and appellate forums.
- Conduct thorough legal research and document vetting.
- Manage end-to-end litigation processes with precision.
- Deliver work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a Tier-1 law college; LLM preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business, civil, commercial, corporate, and industrial law litigation.
- Strong drafting, legal research, and advocacy skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Candidates from West Delhi or South West Delhi preferred.
