Details of the Job/Internship

Jurisiti is hiring a Litigation Counsel with a minimum of 2 years of core litigation experience to join their office in Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, West Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft writs, plaints, suits, complaints, written statements, written evidence, and rejoinders.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation.
• Conduct legal research and document vetting.
• Manage end-to-end litigation processes.
• Maintain high performance under tight deadlines.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a Tier-1 law college; LLM preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business, civil, commercial, and corporate litigation.
• Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
• Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills.
• Proficient in English and Hindi.
• Must be available full-time from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Preference for candidates residing in or near Dabri Mod, West Delhi, or South West Delhi.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
