Details of the Job/Internship
Juristi Legal LLP is hiring a Core Litigation Advocate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Business, Civil, Commercial, Corporate, and Industrial Law to join their office in Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, West Delhi. This is a full-time, in-office role from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, including writs, plaints, suits, complaints, written statements, evidence, rejoinders, and arbitration claims/defenses.
- Represent clients in district courts, high courts, the Supreme Court, tribunals, appellate forums, arbitration, and mediation.
- Conduct legal research and document vetting to develop case strategies.
- Manage end-to-end litigation processes with precision and efficiency.
- Work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a Tier-1 law college; LLM preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of core litigation experience in Business, Civil, Commercial, Corporate, and Industrial Law.
- Exceptional drafting, legal research, and persuasive advocacy skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Based in or near Dabri Mod, West Delhi, or South West Delhi preferred.
