Details of the Job/Internship

Juristi Legal LLP is hiring for the position of Litigation Counsel with 7 years of experience to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet high-quality legal documents, including writs, plaints, suits, complaints, written statements, rejoinders, evidence documents, arbitration claims/defenses, etc.
• Appear before District Courts, High Courts, the Supreme Court, tribunals, appellate forums, arbitration panels, and mediation proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and documentation analysis to build sound legal strategies.
• Manage litigation cases end-to-end with efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insight.
• Adhere to strict deadlines while maintaining precision and high standards of legal practice.

Eligibility

• Education & Experience:
• LL.B. from a Tier-1 law school; LL.M. preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on core litigation experience in relevant legal domains.
• Key Skills:
• Exceptional legal drafting and research abilities.
• Strong courtroom presence with persuasive advocacy skills.
• Deep understanding of civil, corporate, business, commercial, and industrial laws.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi; articulate and professional demeanor.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and strategic thinker.
• Strong client service orientation with the ability to work under pressure.
• Location Preference:
• Candidates residing in or near Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, or South West Delhi are preferred for easy commute.

Salary/Stipend
