Details of the Job/Internship

Jurisiti is urgently hiring a Litigation Advocate with 6–7 years of experience to handle core litigation matters from Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters in civil, commercial, corporate, business, industrial, labour, consumer, and arbitration domains.
• Represent clients independently before courts and authorities.
• Manage cases end-to-end on behalf of law firm clients.
• Draft legal documents, petitions, and submissions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Handle filing procedures and court documentation.
• Present arguments and manage hearings independently.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree; LL.M. preferred.
• 6–7 years of experience in core litigation.
• Strong court exposure and experience in handling matters independently.
• Ability to manage drafting, filing, research, and arguments independently.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
