Details of the Job/Internship
Jurisiti is hiring a Litigation Counsel with a minimum of 5 years of core litigation experience to join their team in South West Delhi. The role involves handling critical litigation matters and working closely with a core team of advocates.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle core litigation matters in civil, commercial, corporate, and business law.
- Draft and vet legal documents and manage end-to-end court proceedings.
- Participate in arbitration and mediation processes.
- Work closely with a small team of advocates as a key pillar of the firm.
- Contribute to the firm’s growth through legal expertise and commitment.
Eligibility
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of core litigation experience in corporate, civil, commercial, and business law.
- Qualifications: Graduate from a Tier 1 law college.
- Exceptional courtroom presence and legal acumen.
- In-depth knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, and business matters.
- Proficient in end-to-end document vetting, drafting, court litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with excellent turnaround time.
- Willingness to work full-time and travel daily to the office in Dabri Mod, Janakpuri.
- Professional, proactive, and driven personality with a strong litigation background.
