The platform provides tools to streamline legal operations and improve efficiency for legal teams. It offers features such as case tracking across Indian courts, legal process automation, client collaboration, and online dispute resolution. Legodesk also includes automated legal notice management, route optimisation, integrated mapping, and automated reminders to enhance operational efficiency.
Details of the Job/Internship
Legodesk is hiring a Litigation Counsel to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and address litigation-related issues.
- Prepare and review legal documents.
- Represent the organisation in court and handle legal proceedings.
- Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Negotiate agreements and assist in conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve legal and operational objectives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or higher.
- Membership in the Bar Council of India is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of law and the ability to handle legal issues.
- Experience in court procedures and handling litigation matters.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with legal software and tools is advantageous.
