Details of the Job/Internship

Legodesk is hiring a Litigation Counsel to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and address litigation-related issues.
• Prepare and review legal documents.
• Represent the organisation before courts and legal forums.
• Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Negotiate agreements and resolve legal disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support legal and operational functions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher.
• Membership with the Bar Council of India is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of law and court procedures.
• Experience in handling litigation matters before courts.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with legal software and tools is advantageous.

Salary/Stipend
