Vaibhav Mahajan at M&M Advocates in GK-1, Delhi is seeking applications for the role of Litigation Counsel from candidates with 0-8 years of experience in Litigation & Dispute Resolution.

Role and Responsibilities

• Representing clients in daily legal proceedings before courts and tribunals, including original, extraordinary and appellate sides.
• Drafting and eFiling services for court matters across various subject areas for diverse courts and tribunals.
• Conduct research to support drafting and arguments required for the clients.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients and third parties to discover documents and information required for original side practice.
• Ensure timely delivery of work.
• Supervise the work rendered by junior team members, while also offering assistance to senior team members.

Eligibility

• The firm is seeking experienced and newly graduated lawyers from premier law schools who possess innate talent and ambition to succeed in dispute resolution and litigation.
• Candidates must be enrolled with the Bar Council between 2015 and the present, with 0 to 8 years of PQE. Those with prior and diversified backgrounds in litigation at reputed offices and good internships will be given preference.
• The ability to learn and acquire new skills quickly is essential, as is alignment with the firm's objective to have a diversified practice of law (except IPR & Tax).
• Successful candidates will be engaged with the firm exclusively and full-time. 
• The firm does not isolate lawyers in court-specific team silos, so candidates should be willing to rotate and have charge of all firm matters before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLTs/NCLAT, NGT, Consumer Forums, Customs, and other tribunals, along with other team members.
