Reliance Infrastructure is hiring a Litigation Counsel with 3–7 years of experience in dispute resolution to join their office in Mumbai. The role requires managing litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters, drafting pleadings, coordinating with external counsel, and advising internal stakeholders on litigation risks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the company in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.
- Draft pleadings, applications, responses, and legal notices.
- Coordinate with external counsel and senior advocates.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case notes and strategies.
- Advise internal stakeholders on litigation risks and legal remedies.
- Handle pre-litigation advisory, dispute management, and settlement negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, court procedures, and policies.
Eligibility
- LL.B./LL.M. from a top-tier law school (NLUs or equivalent).
- 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in litigation/dispute resolution at a leading law firm.
- Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, regulatory, and arbitration matters.
- Excellent drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
