Details of the Job/Internship

Reliance Retail is hiring a Litigation Counsel to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for the corporation.
• Represent the corporation in court proceedings, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on litigation-related matters.
• Assess potential risks and liabilities associated with litigation matters and develop mitigation strategies.
• Advise on settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Analyze complex legal issues and provide clear and concise recommendations to business.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, expert witnesses, and consultants as needed.
• Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments affecting the corporation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all litigation-related activities.
