Details of the Job/Internship

Sevakh Global is looking for a candidate for the position of Litigation Counsel with 2 years of experience to join them at their office in Kochi.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for court appearances, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, managing court submissions, researching case laws, and participating in negotiations.
• They will collaborate with senior lawyers and other legal professionals to support case strategies and representation during hearings and legal proceedings.

Eligibility

Solid understanding of Law and Legal Issues.
Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and handling tasks related to Courts.
Strong skills in Negotiation and dispute resolution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation.
Bachelor's degree in law (LLB or equivalent); enrollment in the Bar Council.
Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Knowledge of local regulations and legal procedures preferred.

Salary/Stipend
