KLDiscovery is hiring a Hosting Data Analyst/Litigation Support Analyst to join their remote team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team and collaborate with departments such as Engineering, Application, IT and Project Management.
- Extract, transform and load data to hosted platforms using custom plugins or flat files.
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email and screen-shares.
- Create user accounts, send invitations and conduct platform walkthroughs upon request.
- Create databases and establish permissions before providing credentials.
- Investigate client inquiries related to printing, search results, technical issues and other matters.
- Pick up tasks from the internal task system while adhering to internal SLAs.
- Attend team meetings and company town halls.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex instructions.
- High technical aptitude or ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
