KLDiscovery is seeking an entry-level Hosting Data Analyst / Litigation Support Analyst to assist in eDiscovery operations and support legal technology services.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with internal teams including Engineering, IT, Applications, and Project Management.
• Extract, transform, and load data to hosted platforms using custom plugins or flat files.
• Provide superior customer support via email, phone, and screen-share sessions.
• Manage account creation and platform access for clients, including walkthroughs when required.
• Create and manage databases, set permissions, and ensure secure client access.
• Investigate and resolve client inquiries regarding searches, printing, and technical issues.
• Handle tasks from internal systems while adhering to SLAs.
• Attend team meetings and company-wide town halls.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• 3+ years of professional experience preferred.
• Knowledge or working experience with E-Discovery tools, especially Relativity.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• High attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick learner with high technical aptitude.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
