StoneX Group Inc. is hiring a Litigation Document Reviewr with experience of 3 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review documets for relevance to the case,privileged, and special concepts as per customer instructions.
- Review documents for legal and/or factual relevance to the case/investigation, legalprivilege, and special (matter-specific) concepts as per customer instructions.
- Responsible for delivery of document review services in Litigation Solutions for global delivery center.
- Review, QC, and QA huge volumes of complex litigation documents with the highest productivity and accuracy.
- Identify and assess the impact of the application of review guidelines on documents.
- Ensure adherence to Company standard operating procedures on projects.
- Draft decision logs and make timely escalations.
- Attend all mandatory training and certification courses and proactively undertake non-mandatory trainings.
- Manage the work flow of each matter and maintain a common understanding of the subject matter.
Eligibility
- 3 years minimum experience working with large law firms or corporate legal departments.
- Prior experience with document review, e Discovery(Relativity), and incident response.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Experience working on review tools like Relativity.
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in law- minimum 6years experience legal experience.
