Details of the Job/Internship
Resollect is hiring a Litigation Executive to handle on-ground legal filings and court proceedings across Rajasthan.
Role and Responsibilities
- Filing and following up on cases under Section 138 NI Act, SARFAESI, and other recovery proceedings across courts in Rajasthan.
- Preparing, vetting, and organizing complaints, affidavits, applications, notices, and supporting documents.
- Attending court hearings, tracking dates, and ensuring timely submissions.
- Coordinating with the central legal operations team on case updates and escalations.
- Travelling across Rajasthan to cover multiple court jurisdictions.
- Maintaining accurate records of filings, hearing dates, orders, and next steps.
- Liaising with local advocates for appearances and procedural requirements.
- Identifying and flagging procedural issues, adjournments, and documentation gaps in advance.
Eligibility
- Valid Bar Council license to practice law.
- Working knowledge of Section 138 NI Act and SARFAESI proceedings.
- Experience in preparing and vetting legal documents for court filings.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across Rajasthan.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in litigation, recovery, or collections at a bank, NBFC, ARC, or law firm is a plus.
- Familiarity with DRT, DRAT, or Magistrate court procedures in Rajasthan is a plus.
- Experience with legal tech tools or case management platforms is a plus.
