Details of the Job/Internship

Singhania & Partners LLP is offering a 12-month paid Litigation Fellowship Programme for law graduates and young lawyers with up to 1 year of litigation experience in Delhi and Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on live litigation matters under the guidance of senior advocates.
• Participate in a structured programme covering litigation fundamentals, drafting, research, advocacy, and trial skills.
• Receive mentorship and career guidance from experienced legal professionals.
• Engage in practical training sessions, including cross-examination and courtroom orientation.
• Follow an assessment-based progression throughout the fellowship.

Eligibility

• Law graduates or those with up to 1 year of litigation experience.
• Passion for litigation and eagerness to learn from industry leaders.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
