Details of the Job/Internship
Moneyboxx Finance Limited is hiring a Litigation Head to lead the litigation strategy for its financial services business.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies across all product verticals.
- Manage a diverse portfolio including recovery proceedings, customer disputes, regulatory actions, and commercial litigation.
- Handle SARFAESI Act proceedings, DRT/DRAT filings, section 138 cases, arbitration, and insolvency matters.
- Represent the company in high-stakes litigation and settlement negotiations.
- Oversee mortgage enforcement, property possession, and auction legal processes.
- Provide litigation insights for compliance initiatives under RBI, SEBI, and other regulations.
- Manage responses to regulatory notices and hearings.
- Liaise with external law firms and negotiate fee arrangements.
- Monitor litigation budgets and implement cost-effective measures.
- Develop litigation avoidance strategies via proactive compliance.
