Details of the Job/Internship
Jurisiti is offering a full-time, on-site internship for Master of Laws (LL.M.) students who are passionate about building a career in core litigation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist senior advocates in preparing for daily court proceedings and arguments.
- Conduct high-level legal research on evolving statutes and landmark judgments.
- Draft various legal documents, including applications, research notes, and case summaries.
- Observe and assist in courtroom advocacy, gaining insights into judicial procedures.
- Manage and organize case files and documentation for ongoing trials.
- Coordinate with the legal team to develop strategy for civil and criminal matters.
- Support the firm’s daily administrative and filing requirements at local courts and tribunals.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.).
- A keen and demonstrable interest in core litigation practice.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, on-site schedule.
- Willingness to engage in an internship for a minimum duration of 3 months.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for legal drafting and advocacy.
- Based in or willing to commute to Janakpuri, New Delhi.
