Details of the Job/Internship

P A & Partners (Advocates & Solicitors) is hiring a Litigation Intern to join their office in New Delhi. The internship is a long-term opportunity for dedicated law students to gain practical exposure in litigation, including legal research, drafting, court proceedings, and case management. The role involves working from the Pitampura office with timings from 9:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Stipend will be provided as per market standards.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with comprehensive legal research on diverse matters.
• Assist in drafting petitions, written statements, applications, and legal notices.
• Observe court proceedings and assist in case briefings.
• Manage case files and legal documentation.
• Visit courts, police stations, and other administrative offices.

Eligibility

• Students currently in the 4th or final year of law school.
• Strong command of legal research tools such as SCC Online and Manupatra.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work within deadlines.
