Details of the Job/Internship
The Centre for Law and Policy Research (CLPR) is hiring a Litigation Intern to join its Delhi office starting mid-October 2025, with a minimum commitment of five weeks.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on public interest and strategic litigation.
- Assist in drafting petitions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Provide litigation support to advocates in court proceedings.
- Work primarily in-office, with flexibility for remote work one to two days a week on non-court days.
Eligibility
- Law students (3rd year onwards in a 5-year program / 2nd year onwards in a 3-year program).
- Candidates with non-law degrees but substantial legal research experience may also apply.
