Details of the Job/Internship

The Centre for Law and Policy Research (CLPR) is hiring a Litigation Intern to join its Delhi office starting mid-October 2025, with a minimum commitment of five weeks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on public interest and strategic litigation.
• Assist in drafting petitions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Provide litigation support to advocates in court proceedings.
• Work primarily in-office, with flexibility for remote work one to two days a week on non-court days.

Eligibility

• Law students (3rd year onwards in a 5-year program / 2nd year onwards in a 3-year program).
• Candidates with non-law degrees but substantial legal research experience may also apply.
