Details of the Job/Internship

Al-Ansari & Associates is hiring a Litigation Lawyer – Enforcement to join its office in Lusail, Qatar. This is a full-time, on-site role involving representation of clients in court proceedings, providing legal advice, handling complex legal matters, and assisting specifically with enforcement cases. The role also includes developing legal strategies, preparing and reviewing legal documents, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders, and negotiating agreements to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Provide expert legal advice on litigation and enforcement matters.
• Handle complex legal disputes and enforcement cases.
• Develop effective legal strategies for client matters.
• Prepare, draft, and review legal documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Negotiate agreements and settlements to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge and experience in law, including litigation and enforcement.
• Ability to analyse legal issues and provide sound legal advice.
• Expertise in handling court proceedings with familiarity with local and international legal systems.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Law degree with admission to the Bar in Qatar or a recognised legal jurisdiction.
