Details of the Job/Internship
Aneja & Aneja is hiring a Litigation Lawyer with experience of 3–8 years to join its South Delhi office on a full-time, on-site basis. The role involves representing clients in legal proceedings, providing legal advice, handling disputes before courts, and managing litigation matters in a time-bound and professional manner.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in various legal proceedings and court matters.
- Provide sound legal advice on disputes and litigation issues.
- Develop legal strategies and manage litigation processes.
- Draft pleadings and other litigation-related documents.
- Handle negotiations and assist in dispute resolution.
- Liaise with clients and other legal professionals.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and compliance with legal procedures.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Post-graduate qualifications are advantageous.
- Experience of 3–8 years in litigation.
- Strong knowledge of law, legal issues, and court procedures.
- Experience in providing legal advice and professional legal representation.
- Excellent research, drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
- Notice period of 0–10 days.
