Details of the Job/Internship
Biz & Legis is hiring Litigation Lawyers with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its High Court practice in Kochi. This is a full-time role with immediate joining preferred. The position offers substantial exposure to complex litigation, professional growth, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced litigation environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling litigation matters, preferably before the High Court of Kerala.
- Preparing precise briefs, written submissions, and case presentations.
- Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings and submissions.
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary legal team.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably before the High Court of Kerala.
- Degree from a reputed law school with a strong grounding in legal principles and appellate practice.
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
- Strong written communication and analytical skills.
- Proactive and disciplined work ethic suited to a fast-paced litigation environment.
