Details of the Job/Internship
ECOVIS RKCA is hiring for the position of Litigation Lawyer with 4-5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters independently, including court appearances before various courts and tribunals.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, petitions, and other filings.
- Represent clients in civil, criminal, and commercial disputes.
- Provide comprehensive legal opinions and strategic guidance to clients.
- Conduct thorough legal research, manage case documentation, and oversee all aspects of case filings.
- Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions as needed.
- Willingness to assume responsibility for an independent legal practice.
Eligibility
- Proven expertise in courtroom advocacy and litigation strategy.
- Ability to independently manage cases from initiation to closure.
- Strong command of procedural and substantive Indian laws.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, professional, and ready to take ownership of an existing legal practice.
Salary/Stipend
