Emerge Legal is hiring a Litigation Lawyer to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Litigation Lawyer will handle all aspects of litigation arising from contracts, provide legal advice, represent clients in courts, and negotiate settlements.

Eligibility

• Legal Issues, Court Proceedings, and Legal Advice.
• Negotiation Skills.
• Experience in handling litigation matters.
• Knowledge of contract law and relevant legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Must have worked in a law firm.
