Emerge Legal is hiring a Litigation Lawyer to join their office in Ludhiana.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle civil and commercial litigation cases in courts and tribunals.
- Prepare, draft, and review legal documents including pleadings, appeals, and legal opinions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediation.
- Provide expert legal advice and strategize litigation approaches.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and ensure accurate application of the law.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues and partners to ensure best outcomes for clients.
Eligibility
- Mandatory: Previous experience working in a law firm.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- Strong litigation experience, with a focus on civil and commercial matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex legal matters clearly.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and ability to analyze complex cases.
