Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring an Associate – Disputes & Litigation with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join its Bengaluru office. This is a full-time on-site role involving client representation, legal research, drafting, case discussions, and assisting in court proceedings. Proficiency in Kannada will be an added advantage.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation, advice, and services to clients.
• Conduct case discussions and assist in strategy development.
• Perform legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, petitions, and submissions.
• Assist in case preparation and participate in court proceedings.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in disputes/litigation practice.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Proficiency in reading and speaking Kannada is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
