Details of the Job/Internship

Jurisiti Legal LLP is hiring a Senior Litigation Advocate with 6–7+ years of experience to join their office in West Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently handle a full docket of litigation and arbitration matters.
• Formulate case strategies, conduct detailed legal research, and draft high-quality pleadings and applications.
• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitration forums.
• Drive matters toward efficient and successful resolution with a client-centric approach.

Eligibility

• 6–7+ years of PQE in core litigation and arbitration.
• Proven experience in Delhi courts and tribunals.
• Expertise in civil and commercial litigation, corporate and business disputes, consumer, recovery and DRT matters, industrial and labour laws, and domestic and commercial arbitration.
• Strong drafting, pleading, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent command over English and professional communication.
• Preference for candidates residing in South West or West Delhi.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
