Details of the Job/Internship

KIAA LLP is hiring a Litigation Associate with over 3 years of post-qualification experience to join its litigation team at the Jangpura office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters before various courts and tribunals.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
• Assist in case preparation, research, and client communication.
• Coordinate with senior lawyers and clients on case strategy.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong passion for litigation and legal drafting.
• Prior experience in contract drafting and vetting.
