Details of the Job/Internship
Kshitija Wadatkar & Associates is hiring a Litigation Lawyer with experience of more than 3 years to join their office at Fort, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and analysing legal documents and pleadings.
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis.
- Representing matters in court and handling dispute resolution.
- Managing multiple cases with ownership and accountability.
- Working closely with senior counsels on high-stakes litigation matters.
Eligibility
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and analysing legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
- Strong legal research and case law analysis skills with updated knowledge of legislative changes.
- Proficiency in advocacy, courtroom representation, and dispute resolution.
- Sound understanding of litigation frameworks and protocols.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple cases with attention to detail.
- Professional qualification as a lawyer and registration with the State Bar Council.
- Previous experience in litigation practices with exposure to civil and criminal matters is desirable.
