Details of the Job/Internship
LexOrbis is hiring for the position of Litigation Lawyer with 5+ years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Strategize and manage a wide range of IP disputes, including infringement and passing-off suits, appeals, and revocation actions.
- Handle litigation and enforcement across all IP domains—patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs, trade secrets, and more.
- Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and court submissions.
- Appear before courts and tribunals across jurisdictions.
- Liaise with enforcement agencies such as police, customs, and other regulatory authorities.
- Provide legal advisory to clients on all aspects of IP enforcement and litigation.
Eligibility
- LL.B or LL.M from a reputed law school.
- Must be enrolled with the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on litigation experience in intellectual property law.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in court appearances and enforcement coordination is essential.
- Preferred: Background in engineering or science.
Salary/Stipend
