Details of the Job/Internship

WhiteHatts Legal is hiring a Litigation Associate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience to join their team in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation matters before the NCLT and DRT.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and related legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis for insolvency and recovery proceedings.
• Attend hearings, assist in legal strategy development, and coordinate with clients and senior counsels.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain case documentation.

Eligibility

• LLB degree with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong litigation experience in NCLT and DRT matters.
• Sound knowledge of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code and Debt Recovery procedures.
• Excellent drafting and oral advocacy skills.
