Biz & Legis is hiring a Litigation Lawyer with prior experience to join their Kochi office full-time.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters and represent clients before courts.
• Provide sound legal advice on various legal issues.
• Draft legal documents and assist in case preparations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Negotiate settlements and liaise with clients.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and court procedures.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized law school.
• Experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Proficient in legal research, drafting, and client interaction.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

Salary/Stipend
