Eligibility
Few of the requirements for this position are:
- Thorough knowledge of drafting, filing and prosecuting Intellectual Property matters before the Commercial Division of the Bombay High Court including the e-filing process.
- Sound #knowledge of the nuances of the English language.
- Expertise in IP laws including Trademarks, Patents, Copyrights and Designs.
