Details of the Job/Internship
Indkal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Lead – Litigation with 8–12 years of experience to manage and oversee all litigation and dispute resolution matters across India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end litigation (civil, criminal, labour, and consumer) including pre-litigation, trial, arbitration, and enforcement.
- Draft and review pleadings, affidavits, replies, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with external counsels and attend court proceedings.
- Oversee recovery actions related to customer, vendor, or lease defaults.
- Issue demand and termination notices and monitor recovery progress.
- Provide legal opinions and advisory support to business units.
- Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with internal litigation management policies.
- Maintain litigation trackers, databases, and case records.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the disputes and litigation team.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (LL.M. preferred).
- Minimum 8–12 years of post-qualification experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Prior experience in both law firm and in-house legal functions preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, criminal, and labour laws.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for court and arbitration matters.
