Details of the Job/Internship
SSP Legal Associates is hiring for the position of Litigation Legal Assistant to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Document Preparation: Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including petitions, briefs, contracts, and pleadings.
- Administrative Assistance: Manage legal files, maintain case calendars, and schedule court appearances and client meetings.
- Legal Research: Assist in conducting legal research and case analysis.
- Case Management: Maintain accurate records of case files and track case progress.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders regarding case updates and documentation.
Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software (preferred).
- Strong legal writing and document preparation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organizational and calendaring skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
