PNB Housing Finance Limited is hiring a Litigation Manager with experience in litigation management within the housing finance sector to join their Chennai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company’s litigation portfolio.
• Prepare and review legal documents.
• Handle cases related to collections and recovery.
• Coordinate with internal and external legal teams.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• Experience in litigation management in the housing finance sector.
• Knowledge of recovery laws.
• Experience in police station visits.
• Experience in SARFAESI, DRT, Consumer, NI, and PASA cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage legal processes.
