Details of the Job/Internship

BPTP Ltd. is hiring a Litigation Manager with 9–12 years of experience in real estate litigation to join their legal team in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• LLB from a reputed university (LLM preferred).
• 9–12 years of total litigation experience.
• At least 7–8 years in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of real estate, civil, consumer, and regulatory laws.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for business/legal needs.

Eligibility

• Manage litigation cases: civil, criminal, consumer, RERA, NCLT, arbitration.
• Draft and review legal notices, plaints, affidavits, rejoinders, etc.
• Represent the company in court and coordinate with external legal counsels.
• Maintain MIS, hearing schedules, and case documents.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies including RERA, NGT, and Revenue Offices.
• Support internal departments on legal matters and documentation..
• Ensure legal risk mitigation across land acquisition, contracts, and disputes.
• Conduct legal due diligence and title verification of properties.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for case briefings and documentation.
