Details of the Job/Internship

Anand Rathi Global Finance Limited is hiring for a legal role to manage litigation related to Prime LAP accounts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage litigation related to Prime LAP accounts, including SARFAESI, DRT, civil, and criminal matters.
• Coordinate with panel advocates for drafting, filing, and follow-up of cases.
• Handle proceedings under Sections 13 and 14 of the SARFAESI Act.
• Track court hearings, maintain MIS, and update management on case status.
• Provide legal strategy for high-value delinquent accounts.
• Scrutinise legal notices, replies, petitions, and affidavits.
• Liaise with recovery, credit, and business teams for legal inputs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Support settlement negotiations and legal recovery actions.
