Details of the Job/Internship

FPL Technologies is hiring a Litigation Manager with experience of 5 to 10 years to join their office in Gujarat.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting various Notices, agreements and deeds.
• Handling Sec.138 cases of NI Act, SEc 25 PASA and various cases under IPC, Handling Arbitration Proceeding under Arbitration Act 1996 end to end.
• Handling Sec. 9 cases Under Arbitration Act 1996.
• Handling of all types of cases Civil & Criminal Nature.
• Drafting of notices and replies & rejoinders.
• Handling of escalation cases.
• Day to day follow up of cases and maintaining MIS Report.
• Writing of various Applications.
• Worked on Document Review.
• Review documents and case laws.
• Prepare documentation and briefs for the cases.
• Keeping synchronization between company officials and court procedures.
• Maintain records and case files, conduct research and correspond with advocates empanelled.
• Dealing in litigation matters i.e Conveyancing.
• New Roles and responsibilities as and when required.

Eligibility

• Graduate in Law.
• Experience of 5-10 years in law.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Ms Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
• Display Ownership and Accountability.
• The role requires a curious learner who takes initiative and is adaptable to changing business needs.
