Details of the Job/Internship

Guild Capital is hiring a part-time Litigation Manager to manage multi-jurisdiction matters across the US, UK, and India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain matter plans, deadlines, calendars, and document sets to drive consistent progress.
• Define scope, coordinate strategy, monitor performance, and review work product of external counsel.
• Source or transition counsel as required.
• Establish and maintain a matter tracker with standardised fields for status, next steps, key dates, exposure, spend, probability, and documents.
• Partner with finance to manage budgets, review invoices, and enforce outside counsel guidelines.
• Provide weekly updates to the CFO and periodic updates to the Chairman.
• Escalate risks, deadlines, and decisions requiring approval.
• Coordinate trust structuring and estate planning workstreams with external advisors.

Eligibility

• JD or LLB from a top programme.
• Litigation and disputes experience at a top-tier firm.
• Experience managing multi-jurisdiction matters across the US, UK, and India.
• Strong judgment and executive communication skills.
• Ability to build and manage tracking and reporting systems.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
