NAKS & Associates (Advocates & Solicitors) is hiring a Litigation Manager to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage litigation cases across jurisdictions.
- Ensure timely preparation and review of legal documents.
- Collaborate with clients on litigation strategies and legal advice.
- Manage insurance claims and related compliance matters.
- Ensure all legal correspondence meets statutory and professional standards.
- Coordinate with associate lawyers across districts for effective case management.
Eligibility
- Expert knowledge and experience in litigation management and legal document preparation.
- Strong understanding of law, with specialisation in bankruptcy law or insurance law preferred.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills to manage large litigation portfolios.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage legal teams and coordinate across multiple locations.
- LL.B. or higher qualification with membership of the Bar Council of India.
