Details of the Job/Internship

UGRO Capital Limited is hiring a Litigation Manager with experience of 3 to 6 years to join their offices in Bangalore, Warangal, Pune, Mumbai, or Coimbatore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Execute various legal actions by coordinating with external associates, concerned departments, and law enforcement agencies to ensure timely action.
• Manage legal actions filed by and against the company and support the collection team in resolving NPA and early bucket high-value accounts.
• Maintain accuracy in legal reports and case databases with timely updates.
• Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training, and disseminate legal requirements to the team.

Eligibility

• Law graduate from a reputed university with experience in managing in-house collections litigation.
• Good drafting skills.
• Must be a team player and solution-oriented. Should be willing to travel and well-versed with MS Office.

Salary/Stipend
