Details of the Job/Internship
Vaqalat by Sharad is hiring for the position of Litigation Manager to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the firm’s complete litigation portfolio.
- Represent clients before the District Courts and the High Court of Delhi.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare case strategies.
- Supervise both online and physical court filing procedures.
- Coordinate listing and hearing schedules with the relevant courts.
- Lead and guide clerical and support staff to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate case files, legal records, and litigation diaries.
- Ensure timely compliance with all procedural and legal formalities.
Eligibility
- Valid license to practice law in Delhi; eligibility to appear before District Courts and the High Court.
- Proven litigation experience, with strong advocacy skills.
- Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
- Thorough understanding of court systems, filing procedures, and litigation timelines.
- Experience in managing case documentation and workflows.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
