Details of the Job/Internship

Abraham Baron Solicitors is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to join their office in Birmingham. The role involves managing a caseload from start to finish, working collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and external professionals, and independently progressing up to 50–60 files under the supervision of a solicitor while ensuring effective case progression and client care.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated matters.
• Screen matters for prospects and liaise with clients upon receiving instructions.
• Review instructions and advise clients on case prospects.
• Resolve claims through negotiation and litigation by assessing liability and quantum.
• Instruct experts and counsel, and draft Particulars of Claim, Witness Statements, and other court documents.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and manage their expectations.
• Ensure adherence to firm standards and client service requirements.

Salary/Stipend
