Details of the Job/Internship
Advocate Atul Sharma is hiring a Litigation Paralegal for a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad. The role involves preparing legal documents, reviewing documents, conducting research, and assisting with pleadings and motions, as well as managing cases and communicating with clients.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents.
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft pleadings and motions.
- Assist attorneys with case management.
- Draft court filings and manage case calendars.
- Organize case files.
- Maintain communication with clients and court officials.
Eligibility
- Skills in legal document preparation and document review.
- Proficiency in legal research.
- Experience in preparing pleadings and motions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Paralegal certification or related qualifications is a plus.
- Experience in criminal law and matrimonial disputes is advantageous.
